We are still in lockdown so I did a lockdown poetry anthology. I started with a tounge twister and a haiku and countdown.

Haiku poem about lockdown

 Hey guys!

As you know we are at home so I did a haiku poem based on lockdown and being at home . It took me some time because you have to have 5 syllables in the top line then 7 syllables in the second and again 5 on the last line. It was pretty tricky but, I finally got there in the end. 

Did you enjoy? I hope you did!! Maybe you can create you own haiku. Remember, If you do at the start there has to be 5 syllables, in the middle 7 syllables, and again at the end 5 syllables.

Lockdown Activitys

Because we are in lockdown my sister, mum, and I made reusable face masks. In the picture you will see them. The top one is my sisters, the one in the middle is my one and the last one at the bottom is my mums one. What have you been doing in the lockdown? I would love to hear it! Lockdown - writing Jokes and riddles

As you know we are in lockdown and and doing home learning . 

I am doing the writing jokes and riddles activity's.

Our first olympians

WALT: Locate and summarise important information from a range of related texts .                   

This week I reading our first olympians . Click on this link to see what this is about!! Now that you know what it is about, I will tell you about the tasks I am so far only up to the 2nd one ( That's better than nothing!!!!!) We had to create a google drawing and write some facts about them and why we chose that specific person . I choose Valerie Adams . She is a shot putter. For my second create we had to pick a country I chose USA and made a poster with a few facts about them . Scroll down to see my work !

How did you like my work this week? I hope you did! It took a long to to finish but I still got here in the end . My favourite bit was the part when I had to find out facts and inquire about the US , I enjoyed it but my goal for next week or next time is to probably finish all three of my create tasks .

The Ancient Romans Race Again

 Hey guys ! 

This week I was reading The ancient romans race again . This book is about a woman doing chariet racing now over three hundred years later . 

 For the first one I gathered information and made it in to a mini fact file , we had to choose a famous Olympian and I made the file . It is down if you scroll .

   For my second create task we had to pick a country ( my one was New Zealand ! ) Then we had to write twenty facts about it . I only did ten because I had no time to finish it , but please enjoy !
